ASTRA FILM Junior is a festival-in-festival dedicated to training the next generation of filmmakers and documentary filmmakers. The festival returns for the 11th time in Sibiu at the Astra Film Festival, on October 14-20, 2019.

Astra Film Festival 2019 will host its screenings, events, renown guests from the international world of non-fiction cinematography, industry professionals and audiences interested, in 9 spaces specially arranged in the center of Sibiu.
These are: Astra Film Cinema, Astra Film Attic, Gong Theater, Aula Magna of Medicine University, Habitus library, Thalia Hall, Glass Hall and the most appreciated DOM from the Big Square – for the 360 screens (large Dom) and VR screens (small Dom).
